| I had a dinner party on Saturday night and was so happy to have all my good friends come over to my house for food and fun. There was poker (Joe, I want my money back!), board games and a dance-off. Although I didn't get to see the dance-off, judging from all the screaming, I'm sure you guys rocked the house.
Tim, DA, Jerry: you guys are like my big bro's in Christ. Thanks for coming out and having a good time. Tim: Thanks for the Tide. Jamie: thanks for making those great party favors. You rock! Lisa: Thanks for washing dishes and cleaning up. Actually, thanks to everyone who helped clean up. We avoided what would have been a very awkward situation!!
I'm teaching three classes, tutoring three people and taking night classes this quarter. So I don't think I'll be having a bash like that for a while. I'm glad all of you were there! |

| I got a full time teaching position at UW! Yeah, baby. I went to grad school here and have taught here as a TA for two years and as a full time teacher for one quarter. You see, since I am still a probationary teacher I am not guaranteed teaching hours every quarter until I pass the one year probationary period. If student enrollments go down, probationary teachers are the first ones to go. So I am pretty excited. Breathe in faith....Breathe out fear. |
